Harbor is designed to make tutoring straightforward for families — from scheduling and payment to communication and progress.
What grades and subjects do you support?
Harbor Learning Co. provides K–8 tutoring in reading, writing, math, and general academic support. Specific needs and goals are discussed during the initial consultation.
How does payment work?
Recurring tutoring is billed weekly in advance. Payment must be successfully processed before the following week’s tutoring services are provided.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without charge, subject to availability. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed sessions are charged at the regular session rate.
Where does tutoring take place?
Harbor currently offers in-person tutoring in the Melbourne, West Melbourne, and Palm Bay area. Exact meeting locations are confirmed with families during scheduling.
How often should my child attend?
Frequency depends on the student’s needs and goals. Many learners benefit from consistent weekly or twice-weekly support, which can be discussed during the consultation.
